Cookie Policy

This page explains how futurebehaviour.co.uk uses cookies and how you can control them.
The short version
We run Google Ads to promote our lunchtime supervisor training. Google Ads uses cookies to measure whether someone who clicked one of our ads went on to make an enquiry. We ask for your consent before those cookies are set. If you decline, the site works exactly the same — we just won't know whether our advertising is working.
Strictly necessary cookies
This website is hosted by Netlify. Netlify may set a small number of technical cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function, for example to handle form submissions securely. These do not identify you personally and no consent is required under PECR.
We also set a small cookie (fb_consent) to remember whether you have accepted or declined advertising cookies, so we don't ask you again on every page.
Google Ads cookies (optional — consent required)
If you accept cookies, we load the Google Ads tag (tag ID: AW-11394235543). This allows Google to set cookies that help us understand which ads led to enquiries. The cookies Google sets may include:
- _gcl_au — used by Google Ads to measure ad effectiveness. Expires after 90 days.
- _gads / _gac_* — used for ad conversion measurement. Expires after 90 days.
These cookies are set by Google LLC and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We do not use Google Analytics (GA4) — only the Google Ads conversion tag.
We use Google Consent Mode v2, which means the Google tag is loaded in a restricted state by default. Conversion measurement cookies are only set once you have actively accepted.
Your choices
When you first visit the site, a banner gives you the option to accept or decline advertising cookies. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser cookies (which resets your preference) or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.
